The flavours of a pork-flavoured tontotsu-style sauce and toasted sesame develop gourmet aromas that invite you to the Umami taste of this smooth broth.
Enjoy these Hakata Tonkotsu Fu Râmen 博多豚骨風ラ―メンsimmered pork flavour noodles, named after a district in Fukuoka's old town where this recipe was created.
It is then possible to add other ingredients according to one's taste such as sliced roast pork, eggs, vegetables, seaweed, etc.
