Otafuku Chijimi Kodawari Set
Mix for making Chijimi-style Korean vegetable pancakes (Buchimgae)
Buchimgae, or spicy vegetable patties, is one of the must-try dishes in Korean cuisine.
This traditional dish, which is very popular in Korea and also in Japan, where it is known as Chijimi, is in fact very simple: large patties of vegetables sautéed then seasoned, all spiced up with Korean chilli paste. The patties are then dipped in a spicy sauce.
Otafuku has concocted this revisited Chijimi Kodawari Set チジミこだわりセット with soy sauce, kochujang paste and aromatic spices.
With this preparation (almost) ready to cook, enjoy this Chijimi with the flavours of Korean cuisine!
