Creating its range of sake, shôchu and mirin in Kyôto, Takara Shûzo produces first and foremost prestigious sake and distilled spirits using processes that its artisan brewers have been perpetuating since 1842.

The distillery presents its NIPPON Shôchû made from barley and sakura leaves and aged in sakura cherry wood casks, this shôchû takes advantage of the natural sweetness of the ingredients.

Drink this Sakura Taru Shochû Nippon 桜垂焼酎, with the subtly sweet flavours of sakura mochi, to be served chilled on the rocks or extended with sparkling water.
