The pretty green wasabi paste is a unique condiment of Japanese cuisine, with a strong pungent taste and essential for accompanying raw sashimi fish and sushi dishes.

It's use can be equivalent to that of mustard, and also makes a wonderful enhancement to cold soba noodles, salads or meats.
