Marukin is one of Japan's top 5 producers of soy sauce, which it has been making since 1900 on the small island of Seto opposite Osaka.

This amber-brown Tokusen Marudaizu Shôyû 特撰丸大豆しょうゆ sauce can be used at the table as a condiment or in cooking: its refined flavour goes well with all types of cuisine, both Oriental and European.

This subtle-tasting seasoning is highly versatile: use it in your everyday dishes such as poultry, fish, steak, chops, hamburgers, soups, stews, egg dishes and pasta.

Ideal for barbecuing and seasoning salads.
