He brings to your table his Sauce Light Usukuchi Soy Sauce うすくち醤油 and its authentic flavours.

The Usukuchi shôyu is mostly used in the western regions of Japan: its particularity?

  • its salt content is higher than for a koikuchi soy sauce (the most commonly used soy sauce).
  • its colour is lighter (Usu means light).
  • its fermentation time is also shorter.
  • Amazake (produced from fermented rice) is added at the end of the preparation.

This Usukuchi sauce will seduce you to bring to your cooking new and yet popular flavors in Japan !
