The Katôkichibee Shôten brewery has been producing sakes in Fukui since 1860, and its 11th-generation craftsmen are successfully perpetuating the famous Born 梵 (birth / origin) range using water from the nearby spring of Mount Hakusan.

This Gold sake takes its name from its amber-gold colour: unpasteurised and matured at -10°C for several months, it is pasteurised just before bottling.

As a result, it retains all its freshness, liveliness and pure, silky aromas.

With Gold Junmai Daiginjo ゴルドー純米大吟醸, enjoy a well-structured sake with deep umami flavours !
