Very simple to use: just place the nori sheet on top of the transparent film and then spread the rice up to the limit in each of the two rolls. The filling, fish, omelette, cucumber, etc., is then placed on top of the rice: simply close the Easy Sushi and then pull the plastic film tightly while keeping the device closed. The nori seaweed and the rice will be perfectly rolled. All that remains is to cut the resulting roll into 6 to 8 slices.

The Easy Sushi is more hygienic than a bamboo mat and easier to rinse.  The plastic film can be reused many times and is simply rinsed off with soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
