Traditionally, mochi もち is a Japanese pastry made from glutinous rice filled with a paste of cooked and sweetened azuki Anko: the glutinous rice is steamed and then pounded into a soft paste that is also called mochi.

Since 1922, Royal Family has been producing mochi in Taiwan according to the artisanal and ancestral know-how derived from Japanese pastry chefs: it offers a complete range of mochi with traditional and original flavours.

Inspired by the recipe of the famous Taiwanese drink, these Bubble milk tea mochi ?? ????????? mochis are filled with a creamy milk tea and tapioca pearl fondant for a long, indulgent, moist treat.

Individually wrapped, feel free to give and share them, they'll taste even better!

[ Mochis are not suitable for young children ]
