The udon noodless うどん are, along with sobas, the most widely consumed noodles in Japan.
They are prepared with wheat flour, mixed with water and salt: they vary in size from 2 to 4 mm in width. The udon can be eaten hot or cold, in broth or with a sauce (sesame for example).
This variety of thick Nama udon noodles is prepared which allows them to be cooked very quickly in salads, pan-fried or in soup in just 1mn.
Submerge them in the delicious seaweed broth and enjoy the flavours of Japan!
