Kumamoto area râmen bag with tonkotsu broth and mâyu oil.

Tonkotsu is a Japanese white broth made from pig bones. It originates from Kyûshû, where the prefecture of Kumamoto is located.

Mhyu oil is a vegetable oil with a little sesame oil and in which garlic is fried.

This bag contains one serving of ramen and broth. The preparation is simple and requires just two minutes. Other ingredients can then be added according to taste.
