This Tori Dashi Shio 鶏だし塩 dish consists of râmen noodles, a delicious broth with the gourmet flavours of a good simmered chicken and a few sprigs of spring onion.

Maruchan マルちゃん, presents its Menzukuri 麵づくり non-fried ramen range in a bowl, which is very easy to prepare: simply add 410ml of boiling water, close the bowl and wait 4 mn.
