This Uma Koku Tonkotsu 旨コク豚骨 dish consists of râmen noodles, a generous, comforting and umami-rich traditional pork bone broth, topped with seasoned and aromatic greens flakes.

Maruchan マルちゃん, presents its Menzukuri 麵づくり non-fried ramen range in a bowl, which is very easy to prepare: simply add 410ml boiling water, close the bowl and wait 3 minutes.
