This Awase Miso 合わせ味噌 dish consists of râmen noodles, a delicious traditional miso broth and umami-rich soy sauce, with some cabbage flakes and greens.

Maruchan マルちゃん, presents its Menzukuri 麵づくり non-fried ramen range in a bowl, which is very easy to prepare: simply add 410ml boiling water, close the bowl and wait 5 mn.
