Clearspring has selected these Kishimen noodles produced by a family of Japanese artisans: prepared from organic flour, they are slowly air-dried for 3 days, using the traditional roll-and-cut method, to achieve a concentrated, authentic flavour.
Firm and smooth, these Kishimen style Udon noodles made with semi-complete wheat flour, are a source of protein and low in fat: nourishing and dietetic, they can be used all year round in hot broth, fried or served cold with a dip or salad.
