From Shimane, the Rihaku Shuzo brewery presents its Wandering Poet semi-dry sake, pleasant, fresh and precise, aged for more than one year before bottling.

Produced from the Yamada nishiki rice variety, a guarantee of quality, this sake has a flowery nose and a long finish, with subtle fruit notes and a lovely minerality.

To fully appreciate all its aromas, enjoy it chilled or at room temperature. It goes very well with white meats and vegetables.
