Wooden container of 36cm diameter for preparing sushi rice.
Clean by hand. Plastic strapping.
1 - Before first use, rinse with clean water.
2 - After each use, wash immediately with hot water and then dry well.
3- To disinfect, it is advisable to expose the sushi oke to the sun for 1 or 2 hours. Leaving it longer may deform and discolour it.
4- If you use dishwashing liquid or bleach, it is very important to dry the sushi oke well.
Do not leave in water (hot or cold) for more than 60 min, the oke may be deformed. Do not put in the dishwasher.
