Description

Simply mix  this Tamanoi Sushi Rice Vinegar with konbu seaweed dashi to cooked rice : no need to add sugar or salt. 

Enjoy Sushisu Kombu Dashi Iri すし酢昆布入り !

It also goes well with salad or to marinade.

How to cook :

For 4 persons :

  • Cook 450g of rice as usual.
  • Mix cooked rice with 100ml of vinegar for sushi when it's hot.  Cooling the rice down by sending air.
