The Katôkichibee Shôten brewery has been producing sake since 1860 in Fukui, with the 11th generation of craftsmen successfully perpetuating the famous Born 梵 (birth/origin) range with the nearby spring water of Mount Hakusan.

His brewers bring you this Junsui Junmai Daiginjo 純粋純米大吟醸sake matured at -0°c and aged for 1 year with sweet and mellow flavours.
