Japanese soft and tasty Curry Medium Hot sauce mix for 10 persons. 200g box
Japanese Curry sauce mix Medium Hot for 10 servings
Directions
1, Cut 450g lean beef (or chicken, lamb, or shrimp) into cubes and chop 585g onions, 225g carrots and 450g potatoes finely.
2, In a large skillet, cook and stir meat and onion in oil or butter until onion is lightly browned, approx. 5 min. If you wish, add carrots, celery, bell pepper or other vegetables.
3, Add 1400ml water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until meat is tender, approx. 20 min.
4, Break S&B Torokeru medium hot curry mix into pieces and add it to the mixture, stir until completely melted. Simmer 5 min, stirring constantly.
5, Serve hot over rice or noodles.
