To prepare the sauce, you will need:
For 8 people:
- 160g of tablet hayashi sauce
- 350g of minced beef
- 600g of onion
- 700ml of water
- 3 tbsp of vegetable oil
How to make :
1. Put the oil and fry the onions and add cut beef.
2. Add 700ml of water, and boil. Skim and simmer about 15 min.
3. Turn off the heat, and add the Hayashi sauce tablet.
4. Repeat 10 min until the sauce is thick.
