Kikkoman's reduced-salt soy sauce is naturally fermented. Thanks to a special fermentation process, the salt content is reduced by 43% compared to conventional Kikkoman soy sauce. The unique flavour and aroma of the original soy sauce are retained. This low-salt soy sauce can be used for seasoning, marinating, deglazing or as a dip. It is suitable for people who need to control their salt intake and also for heavy soy sauce consumers.
This soy sauce from Kikkoman is produced in Europe with non-GMO soybeans and naturally fermented using the same techniques as in Japan.
