The Shochu Hakata No Hana 博多の華 Quartet of Cask is a shochu from a blend of several shochus distilled in 4 different casks.
Each one expresses unique aromatic characteristics from a precise disitillation and aging tupe. The final blend reflects a perfect balance of sweet, smoky and spicy aromas with a very silky mouthfeel.
1 single distillation at 44% vol aged in old liqueur casks /1 double distillation at 65% vol aged in old Sherry casks / 1 double distillation at 65% vol aged in oak casks / 1 double distillation at 65% heavily pressed barley aged in oak casks.
