Sesame sauce 200ml
morita goma dare
Sesame sauce for salads, tonkatsu or noodles
Since 1665, Morita 森田 has been producing a full range of traditional soy sauce in Aichi, on the Chita peninsula near Nagoya, based on centuries-old local know-how that is appreciated and renowned throughout Japan.
It offers this sauce produced from crushed sesame seeds, sesame puree, kombu seaweed and shiitake mushroom.
In Japan, sesame sauce is reserved a place of honour to enhance a simple fresh tôfu, boost the flavours of salads and vegetables, top tonkatsu pork cutlets or add a final little touch of nutty flavour to râmen noodles.
Adopt this Goma Dare ごまだれ sesame sauce and get your umami fix for hot or cold dishes: present it at the table, you're already in Japan!
