Quick and tasty sauce for Asian or contemporary wok cooking
The Kikkoman Wok Sauce enhances the taste of meat, fish and vegetables: it works wonders for Japanese Sukiyaki and Wok-cooked dishes.
At the end of the cooking time, simply add 1-2 tablespoons of Kikkoman Wok Sauce to deglaze and fry everything quickly to obtain crispy and colourful vegetables.
You can add rice or chicken strips to it as you like. You can complete your Asian culinary experience with a dash of chilli, ginger or lemongrass, some peanuts and a little coconut milk, depending on your taste.
