Korean chilli and fruit sauce for Korean meat barbecues
Here's an ideal sauce for a perfect marinade and preparing an authentic spicy pork bulgogi.
Simply thinly slice the pork loin, add the sauce and your favourite vegetables (cabbage, carrot, onion, garlic, etc.), leave to marinate for a few hours and then fry for a few minutes in a pan with a little water.
