Ippongi Brewery has been producing its Denshin 伝心 line of sakes since over 1902 in Fukui, with the ephemeral aromas of the four seasons, speaking from the heart and the legends of preserved lands.

His brewery artisans bring you this unpasteurized spring sake Haru春 in Japanese, Junmai Ginjô Namazake 純米吟醸生酒 with a rich bouquet of notes of senbei crackers, grilled onigiri, cocoa-hazelnut spread, strawberry yogurt and sweet potatoes : a harmony of round and fresh flavours all spring!

Presented in a refined and elegant bottle in the pastel colours of spring, this sake asserts a taste of great density: a quality sake in limited edition.
