Renowned for its natural resources (water, air, cool climate).
Its craftsmen have been producing organic miso since 1977, using no chemicals or synthetic fertilisers.
Its craftsmen offer you their range of Enjuku Koji Miso soup made with the famous traditional miso paste.
Organic soya beans, locally produced and cooked rice. Matured for several months in kôji, a natural ferment, and sea salt.
