Furikake with young Wakana & wakame daikon leaves to garnish your white rice
Furikake ふりかけ is a seasoning to be sprinkled directly on hot rice. There is an endless variety of them to enhance and vary the tastes of the rice that the Japanese eat daily at every meal.
