Shio Kombu 塩こんぶ thin strips of delicately seasoned kombu seaweed to sprinkle directly over hot rice like furikake or as a marinade for your vegetables.
Kurakon くらこんis sourced exclusively from Hokkaido, where it was harvested and crafted. Rich in minerals such as potassium and calcium, it replaces salt in your vegetable stir-fries, onigiris and even your meats, giving it that sought-after umami flavour. Ideal with your hard-boiled eggs and omelettes, your tomatoes and cucumbers as a starter, as an aperitif with your edamame....
