Furikake with salmon, wakame & young radish to garnish your white rice
Furikake ふりかけ is a seasoning to be sprinkled directly over hot rice. There is an infinite variety to enhance and vary the tastes of the rice that the Japanese eat daily at every meal.
Tanaka has been producing furikake since 1901, which the Japanese enjoy with greed at breakfast: they particularly appreciate their umami.....irresistibly tasty taste.
He offers his Gohan Ni Mazete ごはんにまぜて rice mix: enjoy the Wakana To Sake 若菜と鮭 variety, a delicious blend of salmon, young wakame leaves'and young radish tops.
Quickly add umami-filled flavours to your donburi rice bowls and onigiri dumplings! Sprinkle your pasta and salads with a distinctly Japanese flavour!
