Delicious tangy flavour, somewhere between tangerine and yuzu.
And a major ingredient in ponzu sauce (along with soy sauce) !
Refreshing in salads, ideal for flavouring all kinds of dishes, from fish to cakes.
In Japan, citrus vinegar is used instead of rice vinegar.
Sudachi juice is therefore called sudachi vinegar (as on the product label).
It is not fermented, even though it is called vinegar.
This tasty juice is pure pressed sudachi juice, grown in Tokushima.
