Delicious traditional Korean rice wine with banana puree
Makgeolli 막걸리, the traditional Korean rice wine, is milky white and slightly sweet. It is made from boiled rice, wheat, yeast and water.
In Korea, it is usually served chilled with a wooden ladle in small bowls.
Delicate and tangy, enjoy your Makgeolli in its fruty Banana version throughout your Korean meal: it's also ideal as an aperitif !
Stir the bottle well before serving, as it has a deposit at the bottom.
