Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit about 7cm in diameter, ranging in color from yellow to green depending on ripeness. Often used as a seasoning, yuzu has a taste somewhere between grapefruit and mandarin orange.

Yuzu powder is obtained from yuzu zest: its taste and fragrance are powerful yet subtle, with no bitterness.

Yuzu No Hana ゆずの華 is easy to use : just sprinkle the desired amount over a salad or with fish. It can also be easily incorporated into sauces.
