The Kaetsu Suzo brewery 下越 been producing quality sake since 1880 in Niigata prefecture.

With its Yamahai Junmai Genshu Jijoshu Vintage 麒麟山廃純米原酒 fragrant sake, it offers you the chance to taste a highly accomplished sake.

The maturation of this aged sake gradually softens it, making it more mellow and giving it a golden color. Very expressive on the nose, it has a creamy texture on the palate, revealing aromas of caramel and ripe fruit.
