Sanwa has been producing authentic honkaku shôchu since 1979 in the prefecture of Oita, Kyûshû : its IICHIKO range offers smooth shôchu with incredibly rich flavours, easy to drink with meals and renowned throughout Japan.
His Shôchu Mugi Shochu IICHIKO Silhouette いいちこシルエットむぎ焼酎 is a shôchu produced exclusively from barley fermented with rice koji on a single distillation.
