Ingredients

Ginger (59%), water, salt, acidity regulator: E260 and E330, colour: E163, preservative: E202, sweeteners: E951, E950, E955, and E954.

Preparation:

In the microwave: let the microwave run at 600 to 800 watts for up to 2 minutes.

In a double boiler: leave in boiling water 12 min. Stir the ssachet from time to time, do not cover the pan. After cooking, run the sachet under cold water for a few seconds, the sachet will unmould more easily once cooled.
