This seasoning mix includes full of  precooked vegetables such as lotus root, carrot, bamboo shoots and shiitake mushrooms, as well as crunchy shredded nori seaweed to sprinkle on top.

Traditionally chirashi sushi is eaten for Hina Matsuri (on 3rd March).

How to prepare :

Prepare 500g of rice. Add the garnish.

Put rice when it's still hot in the big bowl and add the seasonning. Mixthem well.

Sprincle the garnish. And it's ready !!

Adding tuna, salmon, or eel as you feel like to make the taste even richer.
