Koshihikari rice, from Ishikawa prefecture Japan.  10kg.

Koshihikari is a most known, and most comsumed rice in Japan.

Glutinous, resilient, and juicy. 

Tip to cook.

1, measure

   A level cupful of rice.

2, Rince rice

   Rince it quick, and change water until it's color is clear.

3, Water level.

   Place the rice cooker on the flat surfice.

4, Immerse.

   Give rice time to absorb water by immersing rice in water more than 30 mins.

5, Steam.

   After rice is cooked, leave it 10-15 mins to steam.

6, Loosen.

   After steaming, loosen rice to extract excessive water.
