Nori seaweed is a variety of edible seaweed that usually appears as thin, deep green leaves that turn black.

They are first dried, grilled litt. Yaki and then made into leaves to then coat sushi and maki but can also be cut into strips and then served in bowls of donburi topped rice or as a topping for râmen or soba noodles.

Shirakiku offers this version in a Bag of 10 sheets of high-quality Algae Nori Yakinori Silver 焼き寿司海苔, specially selected in Korea for making sushi like makizushi rolls and temaki cones.  Also try them to coat your Onigiri rice dumplings.

Nori seaweed abounds in Japanese dishes: low in calories, rich in nutrients (minerals, trace elements, vitamins, antioxidants, proteins), don't deprive yourself of them and adopt them in your menus!

Nori seaweed leaves are particularly suitable for vegetarian diets due to their high content of proteins and vitamin A.
