This flour is specially for the preparation of gyoza (Jiaozi, Chinese dumpling), and more generally all batters (ramen noodles, wantons, etc ...)

Farine gyoza 1 Mix flour and water (1 kg of flour for 530-550ml of water) and knead it into dough until it becomes a big ball. Let stand 15 to 20 minutes.
Farine gyoza 2 Reknead the dough until it is smooth.
Farine gyoza 3 Cut the dough several pieces of 200g each and make sausages about 2cm in diameter.
Farine gyoza 4 Cut small pieces about 10g each and well spread out with the rolling pin. (You must have a small thin pancake).

Stuff the pancakes and reseal them before frying the gyoza.
