Product Details

Basic soup bonito (tsuyu) multi purpose.

Hoe to use:

For cold noodles and sauce dip: 1 part tsuyu for 2 volumes of water.

For hot noodles: 1 part tsuyu for 5-7 volumes of water.

For tempra and donburi : 1 part tsuyu for 2-3 volumes of water.

For cooked fish: 1 part tsuyu for 1/2 - 1 volumes of water.

For niku jaga : 1 part tsuyu for 4 volumes of water.

For nabe mono: 1 volume tsuyu for 9-10 volumes of water.

For oden : 1 part tsuyu for 12-14 volumes of water.

Ingredients: soy sauce, sugar, extract of bonito, seaweed extract, salt, flavor enhancer.
