Composition

Each bag contains a seasoning to add to your wheat flour for a seasoned flour Okonomiyaki.

Ingredients for the dough
of okonomiyaki
     100g of flour
     1 packet (16g) of Okonomiyaki seasoning

Préparation de la farine à okonomiyaki     2 eggs
    150ml of cold water

Ingredients for okonomiyakis

     200g of chopped cabbage
     125g of thinly sliced pork

     2 spring onions cut into fine strips
     2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
     125 ml okonomiyaki sauce
     2 tablespoons pickled red ginger (beni shoga)
     1 tablespoon of ao-nori seaweed
     3g of dried bonito

    *You can add to the mix : squid, shrimp, sliced ​​pickled ginger (beni shoga), thin slices of kirimochi etc.

How to make:

1 / Add the the ingredients for the dough in a bowl. Mix them with a whisk until all lumps disappear.

2 / Add the cabbage and other ingredients (except meat) and mix them.

3 / Heat an oiled pan. Put the dough round-shaped and place the pork on the dough. Once underside becomes golden brown, flip and cook the other side.


4 / After cooking, return again the dough.

5 / Put or apply sauce (okonomi sauce) and / or mayonnaise. You can also sprinkle katsuobushi (shredded dried bonito) and ao nori (dried seaweed flakes).

    
Important:


- Chop well the cabbage into fine pieces.

- Do not press the dough with a spatula.

- Use a lid during cooking.
