Wheat flour mix for making cakes and pancakes.


200g of hot cake mix

1 egg

140ml of milk

** You can replace one egg per 180ml of milk.

1 / Put the egg and pour milk in a bowl and mix.

2 / Heat and put an oil in a skillet

Place it on a wet kitchen cloth.

3 / Turn the heat low and pour 1/4 of the prepared dough.

Turn the dough well and keep it a round shape.

4 / Cook the dough for 3 minutes over low heat.

When the surface of the dough begins to bubble, turn it and cook 2 minutes t
he other side.



200g of hot cake mix

60g of butter

30-40g of powdered sugar

1 egg yolk

2 tbsp of milk


Mix the egg yolk and sugar

Add the hot cake mix, milk and melted butter and mix them. Let stand 30 minutes the dough in a refrigerator.

Divide the dough into 20 pieces and then make small patties. Place the patties on a plate and bake in a 180-degree oven for 10 -13 minutes.
