Product Details

Glutinous rice flour to make dangos (dumplings).


1. Mix well 150g of rice flour
and 140ml of water.

2. Make 2cm diameter of small balls .

3. Dip the balls into the boiling water and cook 2-3 min. When the ball comes to the surface, it is cooked.

4. Soak in cold water.

5. Drain in a colander. They may be accompanied with soybean flour (kinako) or adzuki paste (anko)
