Ingredients

Préparation des sobas japonais 1 Boil 1L water for each portion of Udon.

Préparation des sobas japonais 2 Put Udon in the boiled water.

Boil them dependins on how you want them to be soft or hard:

8:00 - Hard

10:00 - Normal

12:00 - Soft

Préparation des sobas japonais 3 Stir Udon well when it's boiling. Adjust the tenperature so that water doesn't  overflow.

Préparation des sobas japonais 4 Rince well after boiling. You can boil again to warm it up for few seconds, if it's needed.
