Product Details

Short grain rice, which remains soft after cooking, ideal for Sushi or everyday rice dishes.

Cooking Instruction

1 - Rince the rice in the cold water 3-4 times until the water becomes clear.  Leave it in the water for 30 - 120 minutes

     (depends on the temperature, if it's cold outside, leave it longer).

2 - Add one cup of water for one cup of rice. 

3 - Put the rice in the casserole and cook at least 10 minutes with cover closed. 

    When water is absorbed, turn off the fire and leave 8 to 10 minutes. (Cover closed)
